Malaysia's statutory media self-regulatory body, established under the Malaysian Media Council Act 2025 (Act 868).

• Serve as de facto Chief Operating Officer and sole technology lead for a newly established national statutory body, responsible for day-to-day operations and the organisation's end-to-end digital infrastructure.
• Manage a staff of 12 with 3 direct reports, reporting to the Secretary and a 21-member Council.
• Designed and deployed MMM's full office network and server infrastructure from the ground up: multi-VLAN architecture, enterprise switching and wireless (TP-Link Omada), WireGuard VPN, and on-premises virtualisation environment (Proxmox).
• Built and launched the MMM Membership Portal as sole developer — a full-stack web application (React, Supabase, Cloudflare) managing member onboarding, approvals, payments, and communications.
• Drafted MMM's internal policy and HR framework, including employment policies, Terms of Reference for eight Council Committees, and employment contract provisions.
• Developed MMM's financial governance framework, establishing budget structures, internal financial controls, and financial procedures for the organisation.

• Led the Speaker's Office as most senior officer, managing a team of four Research Officers supporting the full complement of Select Committees and Special Select Committees.
• Advised State Legislators (ADN) across the political spectrum on constitutional, legal, social, policy, and procedural matters during debates and committee proceedings.
• Co-authored committee reports tabled in the Dewan, participated in closed hearings, and conducted on-site investigations of State Government projects.
• Organised the annual Program ADN Muda Selangor and managed the Speaker's engagements with government agencies, state subsidiaries, and the media.

• Served as the team's principal authority on public policy and political data analysis, advising on methodology, data design, and interpretation.
• Designed and delivered data management training for staff and activists from NGOs, elected representatives' offices, and political parties including MUDA, Amanah, PKR, and Wanita UMNO.

• Selangorkini PRN Dashboard — Designed the data architecture for a live 2023 Selangor State Election results dashboard; pioneered the use of Sankey Charts to visualise voter movement across all 56 state constituencies.
• New Naratif: The Citizen's Agenda — Designed a two-stage public survey (1,200 respondents across Malaysia and Singapore) to identify the most pressing issues in each country.
• Project Juno — Designed and ran a quarterly tracking survey (400 respondents) measuring public sentiment on the government's COVID-19 pandemic response.
